If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept returns of clean, unworn merchandise for a full refund. We are only able to accept returns on items purchased directly via www.Sazzi.com.
All returns must have a RMA number, which can be obtained by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us at (928) 301-7759. Please do not send items back without a packing slip or return authorization. Please allow at least two (2) weeks to process your return. Once you receive your RMA number we will also provide you with a return shipping label. In case you lost yours, here’s the return address:

Any discounted sales are considered final sale and are not subject to returns or exchanges.
Please note that all returns must be clean, unworn and with the original tags, hanger and footwear bag. If you have concerns about this policy, please call us before you ship your return. Also note that we make final decisions on returns when the item is in our possession.
If you’d like to exchange something for a different size or color, or just a different pair all together, we’ll pay for the shipping on the new order. Send the original item back and we’ll issue a credit back to the card used to place the original order. Give us a call and we’ll place a new order for you and waive the shipping.
